Referral Policy

PeaSoup appreciates our customers’ loyalty, and we want to reward you for helping us grow! With our Referral Programme, existing customers can earn service credits by referring new customers, and the new customers also benefit from a discount. Here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility

  • Referring Customer: Any active PeaSoup S3-Compatible Object Storage customer in good standing is eligible to participate in the referral programme.
  • Referred Customer: The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously held an account with PeaSoup.

2. Referral Process

  • Referral Submission: To initiate a referral, the referring customer must send an email to referrals@peasoup.cloud with the new customer’s email address. This must be done before the new customer completes their registration and the new customer must sign up with the link provided by the referrals team.
  • Confirmation and Follow-Up: PeaSoup will confirm receipt of the referral email and track the referred customer’s account setup.

3. Referral Rewards (Double-Sided Incentive)

  • For the Referring Customer: Once the referred customer completes their signup and pays their first monthly invoice, the referring customer will receive a service credit equal to 25% of the referred customer’s first monthly invoice (excluding taxes and additional fees). This credit will be applied to the referring customer’s next monthly invoice.
  • For the New Customer: The referred customer will receive a service credit of 15% off their second monthly invoice, making their entry into PeaSoup Object Storage even more rewarding.

4. Credit Application and Conditions

  • Credit Timeline: Service credits for both the referrer and the referred customer will be applied automatically once the new customer completes the signup and payment process.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits can only be used to offset future PeaSoup Object Storage invoices. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • No Limit on Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. Each successful referral qualifies for a separate reward.

5. Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility Verification: PeaSoup reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referred customers and to disqualify any referrals that appear fraudulent or intended to exploit the Referral Policy.
  • Misuse: Any misuse of the Referral Policy may result in the forfeiture of credits and termination of referral privileges.
  • Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive a service credit as outlined above.
  • Qualification: Referred customers are eligible to participate in the Referral Policy once they have become active customers.
  • Changes to the Referral Policy: PeaSoup reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance, and any pending referrals at the time of policy change will be honoured.
