1. No Warranties
PeaSoup provides its IaaS platform on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the stability, security, and availability of our infrastructure, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to faults outside of our control.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for configuring, operating, and securing their own systems, applications, networks, firewalls, and virtual machines within the PeaSoup IaaS platform. PeaSoup does not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from misconfiguration, software vulnerabilities, malware, or other security incidents originating within customer-controlled environments.
3. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeaSoup disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the IaaS platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, profits, data, or anticipated savings.
4. Data Backups
Customers are responsible for configuring and managing their own backup and disaster recovery policies. While PeaSoup offers access to Veeam backup infrastructure, we do not configure, monitor, or manage customer backups unless explicitly agreed under a managed service arrangement.
5. Legal Compliance
Customers must ensure their use of the IaaS platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and data protection requirements. PeaSoup accepts no liability for misuse of the service or breaches of regulatory obligations.

PeaSoup reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. The latest version will always be made publicly available.
