4.2 Data Subject Rights: We assist Customers in responding to GDPR requests from Data Subjects (e.g., access, correction, deletion) as required by law.
4.3 Sub-processors: PeaSoup may engage third-party sub-processors to perform certain functions (e.g., payment processing). All sub-processors are required to comply with equivalent data protection obligations.
4.4 Data Retention and Deletion: PeaSoup retains data for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Upon account termination, we will delete or return all personal data as requested by the Customer.
