PeaSoup on Public Sector Cloud
(GCloud Framework)
G-Cloud is a UK Government initiative to encourage the adoption of cloud services across the whole of the public sector.
About G-Cloud
G-Cloud is simplifying how the public sector buys and delivers services through a Digital Marketplace and PeaSoup Hosting is proud to be an approved supplier on the G-Cloud since 2015. G-Cloud is able to support both local and central government agencies who are continually under intense budgetary pressures, to implement technologies that increase public sector productivity and efficiency.
The G-Cloud framework is a fresh approach to public sector procurement for both buyers and suppliers. The Digital Marketplace is making public sector procurement more focused and cost-effective, removing the complex tendering and approval processes of traditional public sector procurement. Its flexible nature also allows for more direct engagement with suppliers, ensuring that both parties get the best out of the agreement from the outset.
PeaSoup’s Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) enables organisations to rapidly provision and control, Virtual Servers, networks and firewalls in minutes. The secure and resilient Virtual Data Centre (vDC) platform can be connected to your on-premise environment in a Hybrid model or controlled via our fully functional portal interface.
